October 15th session: Commercial Real Estate Broker Panel
During this discussion we'll share best practices between moving from a home office to a commercial space, different types of leases, the pros and cons of leasing vs buying, and more. The panelists are brokers with a wide variety of expertise throughout multiple industries.
Eleanor Aschoff, Macadam Forbes; 503.972.7296; email@example.com
Eleanor brings over a decade of experience and expertise in commercial sales and leasing of industrial, flex, office, and investment properties. She specializes in Northeast Portland and Vancouver, Washington markets, and has worked with individual owners, tenants, and mid-to-large sized companies in the purchase, sale, and leasing of their real estate assets. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Eleanor is equally active in landlord and tenant representation.
Brian Norton, CBRE; 503.221.4871; firstname.lastname@example.org
What makes Brian unique is that he exclusively serves the commercial real estate needs of healthcare practitioners. He understands that while they have various office and clinic needs, they are challenged by having enough time to properly understand the details involved in a complex real estate transaction. Easy-going and approachable, Brian is innately talented in listening to his client’s needs and looking for areas to save them time and money. By speaking their language and looking at opportunities from their perspective, he’s able to present the best alternatives to help them find the real estate solution that meets or exceeds both their needs and the practice needs.
Kelsey Schneider, Cresa; 503.987.0039, email@example.com
Kelsey Schneider is an advisor at Cresa, the world’s largest occupier only representative real estate brokerage firm.
