MY CLASSIC CAR TV WITH DENNIS GAGE COMING TO 30TH ANNUAL
LES SCHWAB CRUISIN' SHERWOOD CLASSIC & CUSTOM CAR SHOW

Sherwood, OR, May 13, 2021 – The Sherwood Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that Dennis Gage and My Classic Car TV will be present for the 30th Annual Cruisin’ Sherwood Classic & Custom Car Show, which is set for Saturday August 28, 2021 in Old Town Sherwood.

Gage and his staff will be on hand recording video of the show cars, interviewing their owners, and showcasing much of what makes Sherwood a great place to visit.  The footage will air on a future episode that can be seen on various networks including Motortrend, Rev'n, NBCSN, and MAVTV.

My Classic Car TV was scheduled to attend in 2020 until the car show was forced to cancel due to the pandemic.  "We were so disappointed with last year but are thrilled that Dennis and his staff recommitted to come to Sherwood in 2021," said Corey Kearsley, executive director of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce.  "Showcasing the Les Schwab Cruisin' Sherwood car show on My Classic Car TV during our 30th anniversary of the show after such a long and difficult year is perfect.  We're thrilled that a long-time champion for classic cars such as Dennis recognizes the Sherwood community's commitment and effort to create a memorable event that has continued for 30 years and counting."

While enjoying a successful career at some of the largest consumer product companies in the world as a chemist, Gage met the founder of a fledgling production company and together they piloted a show titled My Classic Car. Hosted by Gage, the program premiered in 1997 on TNN and has been on the air ever since. Today it reaches a combined total of over 100 million TV households in the US on the various networks that air the show and millions more worldwide via YouTube.

Born in 1991, Cruisin' Sherwood showcases classic and custom cars while being surrounded by many favorite Cruisin' activities that will continue in 2021, including the engine blow and burnout, kids zone, live music, vendors, and food court.  Organizers are also working on additional elements that will enhance the experience for everyone involved in the show.  More details will be announced as plans are finalized.
